We moved into our new Polysteel ICF home in October, 2006, and we are extremely pleased with the quality and functionality of the house. Our electricity usage averages approximately $185 per month for 4,200 square feet home. Furthermore, we have noticed the even humidity level, excellent interior air quality throughout the house, and we have a difficult time hearing exterior noise (which is obviously a blessing most of the time).
